Sheerness Community Governance Review

Sheerness Community Governance Review

Swale Borough Council is running a consultation between January and February 2018 to help decide if a town council is needed, following the receipt of a petition signed by 635 electors in Sheerness. The consultation asks ‘should Sheerness have a town council?’.

Every elector has been sent a questionnaire but feedback from all interested parties is welcome. Information is also being sent to households where there are no electors registered.

The deadline for responding to the consultation is 2nd March 2018 and the Council is keen to hear your views.
