INVESTORS CASE STUDY – QUINN ESTATES

Quinn Estates are one of the most successful mixed use developers in Kent and have been investing in Swale for nearly 10 years. In that time they have been responsible for some of the Borough’s most successful developments.  These include:

  • Joint venture partner with George Wilson on the Whitstable Road Business Park, Faversham where they have created 190,000sq.ft of new business space and hundreds of jobs
  • The Foundry Business Park, Faversham where they have created a mixed use development of 77 houses and apartments and over 40,000sq.ft of new business space creating over 150 long term jobs
  • Hengist Care Home, Borden where they gained planning for a state of the art elderly care centre and where 70 people now work
