Investors Case Study - RTC Europe

RTC Europe is a subsidiary of an American company that operates globally in the delivery of retail interior programmes for some of the world’s most respected brands and retailers.

Mark Jerram, Managing Director of RTC, says:

“After full consideration of the alternative options open to us, we chose to relocate to Sittingbourne in 2003, having identified Eurolink as the preferred location for our new purpose‑built European HQ facility.

Eurolink has proved ideal in servicing our Company’s needs and subsequently has provided us with the opportunity for further investment by the acquisition of a directly adjoining property and, in addition, an adjacent plot of land to support future growth.

We have benefited, on Eurolink, from an active public / private sector relationship, with Swale Borough Council being particularly supportive. In terms of location, the completion of the Creek Crossing section of the Northern Relief Road now provides direct access, via the A249 dual carriageway, to the national motorway network and immediate access to our European markets”
