'We’re Good to Go' industry standard
Visit England has launched a new ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard and consumer mark to help provide customers with confidence as the sector works towards reopening.
The ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard and supporting mark means companies can demonstrate they:
- Adhere to Government and public health guidance
- Have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment
- Have checked that have the required processes in place.
Businesses can apply for free and it is open to all across the visitor economy sector.
How to obtain the mark
You must complete a self-assessment through an online platform. You will be asked to complete a check-list to confirm that they have put processes in place.
You will need to follow the government’s guidance for the visitor economy sector.
Successful applications will then receive certification and the ‘We’re Good To Go’ mark for display in their premises and online.
You will also be signed up to an alert system which will let you know if there are any changes to the government’s guidance.
